What Makes You Happy ?

Happiness is characteristic of a good life. If you feel good, you are happy. Finding happiness is just like finding yourself. No one else can perfectly know what makes you happy except our selves. Happiness cannot be defined for a group, no one has the same view of what happiness is. The standard definition of happiness is that it is a condition of supreme well-being and good spirits. There can be many definitions of happiness. It can be applied to many examples. Many people are often in search of happiness. Allan K. Chalmers says that “The grand happiness are something to do, something to love and something to hope for.” So what makes you happy? When I try to think what makes me happy, I feel that everything can makes me happy, so many things can make me happy but I can’t write them all. So, three things that make me happy are peaceful situation, relationship and healthiness.
First thing that makes me happy is peaceful situation. What is peaceful situation? It is meaning that, you feel peace. Wherever and whenever you are you feel comfort and happy with your self. For example, when I’m in the place that I really like to enjoy it, in beach especially, I feel free with my self. Everything around me seems so peacefully. I can do what I want to do. Beside beach, I feel so peaceful when I’m in my bedroom. Everything so private and no ones know it. Feel peace when I eating some delicious food in a good places. Read a good books and sleep well is one of peaceful condition. Well, peaceful situation is really makes me happy, makes me feel better its perfect when I have no problems.
Second is relationship. Human is a social creature. Every single man in this world can’t live alone. They all need a relation with family, friends. There’s nothing better than around my family and friends. Feel close to them makes me feel save and happy. They can cheer me up when I have a problem. They can help me to solve the problem. They are always there whenever I needs. Family and friends are important for my life. In conclusion, relationship can make everyone in this world happy, especially around family and friends.
The last is healthiness. This is the most important, because we can’t do all that things above if we sick. With healthiness, everything becomes possible to do. I can studying, playing, hangout, traveling, shopping, reading, and everything I can do. If I got sick, the only thing that I feel is pain. Pain makes me unhappy. Healthiness brings me to feel happy, cheer, and always have positive feeling, that’s why I have to keep my condition to always healthy.
Characteristic of happiness for every people is different from the others. But in general I think all the people have in common. They are happy, when in a peaceful situation, in a good relationship and in a healthy condition. For example, in peaceful situation is just like you feel comfortable being who you are, where you are. Relationship especially around family and friends is clearly makes some people happy, just like other people, and just like me too. Healthiness is the basic of a condition to enjoy everything without feel pain. Pain is unhappy. Like Mahatma Gandhi says “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony”. What Mahatma Gandhi says is right. Everything becomes happy when we are in harmony. When faced with sadness, you should think anything that makes you happy or feel anything with harmony.
